Attorney Timothy A. Weaver has practiced law for 21 years. He represents clients in all areas of criminal defense law, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, Social Security Disability appeals and personal injury cases. Mr. Weaver’s past experience includes serving as a criminal defense attorney with the Office of the Public Defender and as Assistant Public Defender. He also served as Traffic Court Hearing Officer for Okaloosa County, Florida. Mr. Weaver is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Civil Mediator as well as a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.
Attorney Marsha L. Weaver has practiced law for 21 years. Currently, Ms. Weaver is the General Counsel for the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and serves as the managing partner at Weaver, Weaver & Collins, P.A. Ms. Weaver has practiced in the areas of family, civil and criminal law. Ms. Weaver’s past experience includes serving as Assistant Public Defender, Magistrate for the First Judicial Circuit Court as well as presiding over the Family Focused Dependency Drug Court. Ms. Weaver is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Family and Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Attorney Robert G. Collins has practiced law for over 17 years. He represents clients on legal matters involving all areas of criminal defense law, ranging from simple misdemeanors to death penalty cases. Mr. Collins also practices military law, immigration law, probate law and family law. Mr. Collins’ past experience includes serving as a Former Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Public Defender. He is an active member of the Army Reserve and military Judge Advocate and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Florida Drug and Alcohol Council.
