Attorney Timothy A. Weaver has practiced as a Florida attorney for over 21 years. He represents clients in a variety of matters including DUI defense, criminal defense, juvenile delinquency issues, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, personal injury cases, and Social Security Disability. His past experience as a traffic court hearing officer has proven helpful in representing those individuals charged with traffic citations and criminal traffic cases.
Attorney Marsha L. Weaver has practiced as a Florida attorney for 21 years. Currently Ms. Weaver is the General Counsel for the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office along with serving as advisory and managing partner at Weaver, Weaver & Collins, P.A. She formerly served as a Circuit Court Magistrate as well as a judicial staff attorney. In her role as staff attorney, she presided over cases and offered counsel to Circuit Court Judges on complex civil and criminal matters, including family law cases and murder cases in which the State was seeking the death penalty.
Attorney Robert G. Collins has practiced law for over 17 years. He represents clients on legal matters involving all areas of criminal defense law, ranging from simple misdemeanors to death penalty cases. He also practices military law, immigration law, probate law and family law. Mr. Collins’ past experience includes serving as a Former Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Public Defender. He is also an active member of the Army Reserve and military Judge Advocate.
